Fore Abbey, Westmeath

This was a beautiful day with amazing weather. I was showing some people that were visiting us from the UK around Ireland and thought Fore Abbey is one of may places that I loved visiting growing up. I did grown up I Castlepollard, Westmeath so this Fore always holds some great memories for me. This is a great trip for the whole family, it has a easy accessible path for walking, flowers, ruin, history and a stunning train, this really is fun for the whole family. Our guests loved Fore Abbey as well as the trail and we finished off the day with a lovely lunch at Fore Abbey Distillery, lovely food and such friendly staff. Fore Abbey Distillery also has a gift shop with memorabilia for our guests to take home.
